Bakan Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;Proje kapsam\u0131nda Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n alt\u0131ndan yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda \u00fc\u00e7 adet t\u00fcp t\u00fcnel in\u015fa ediyoruz: 19,5 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda bir demiryolu t\u00fcneli ve 19,2 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda iki adet gidi\u015f-geli\u015f otoyol t\u00fcneli. Projemiz i\u00e7in 1,55 milyar euro yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kredi finansman\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131k&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakan\u0131 Abdulkadir Uralo\u011flu, \u00e7e\u015fitli temaslarda bulunmak ve devam eden yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 incelemek \u00fczere Hatay\u2019a geldi. Depremin ard\u0131ndan restore edilerek ibadete a\u00e7\u0131lan Habibi Neccar Camii\u2019nde cuma namaz\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131lan Bakan Uralo\u011flu, Amanos T\u00fcneli \u015fantiyesinde incelemelerde bulundu. \u0130halesi tamamlanan ve 1,55 milyar euro uluslararas\u0131 finansman\u0131 sa\u011flanan Amanos T\u00fcneli, Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n alt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ecek her biri yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda 3 t\u00fcp t\u00fcnelden olu\u015fmakta ve 2 adet 2&#215;2 \u015feritli otoyol t\u00fcneli ile 1 adet demiryolu t\u00fcnelini kapsayan proje, 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda tamamlanarak G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu\u2019yu \u0130skenderun K\u00f6rfezi\u2019ne do\u011frudan ba\u011flayacak. Gaziantep\u2019i \u0130skenderun Liman\u0131\u2019na ba\u011flayan g\u00fczergah, mevcut halinden 200 kilometre k\u0131salacak ve D\u00f6rtyol-Hassa hatt\u0131 mevcut 78,8 kilometreden 25,4 kilometreye d\u00fc\u015ferken, Kilis-Osmaniye-\u0130skenderun g\u00fczergah\u0131nda 38,3 kilometrelik k\u0131salma sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.iha.com.tr\/Contents\/26-02\/20\/aw646594_05-1771597975.jpg\" alt=\"G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu ve Arap yar\u0131madas\u0131n\u0131 \u0130skenderun K\u00f6rfezi\u2019ne do\u011frudan ba\u011flayacak projede in\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015fland\u0131\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Gaziantep ile \u0130skenderun aras\u0131ndaki ula\u015f\u0131m 200 kilometre azalarak b\u00f6lgenin ihracat h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan etkileyecek. Projeye demiryolu entegrasyonuyla birlikte y\u0131ll\u0131k 16,3 milyon yolcu ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 milyon ton y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitesi kazan\u0131lacak. Karayolu trafi\u011finin demiryoluna kayd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, lojistik maliyetlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcrken karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na da katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak. T\u00fcnel yap\u0131lar\u0131 ise b\u00f6lge ula\u015f\u0131m altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 depreme kar\u015f\u0131 en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde dayan\u0131kl\u0131 hale getirecek \u015fekilde tasarland\u0131. Gaziantep, Kahramanmara\u015f, \u015eanl\u0131urfa, Ad\u0131yaman ve Kilis ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere b\u00f6lge illerinin sanayi \u00fcretimini denize ta\u015f\u0131yan zincirin k\u0131salmas\u0131, ihracata dayal\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcme i\u00e7in sa\u011flam bir lojistik temel olu\u015fturacak. De\u011ferlendirmelere g\u00f6re \u0130skenderun limanlar\u0131 i\u015f hacminin 5 kat b\u00fcy\u00fcyece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmekte. Ayr\u0131ca bu proje ile beraber Gaziantep Polatl\u0131 il\u00e7esindeki hazineye ait 30 bin metrekare arazi a\u011f\u0131r sanayiye ayr\u0131lacak ve yeni istihdam sa\u011flanacak. Do\u011fu\u015f \u0130n\u015faat-Eze \u0130n\u015faat ortak giri\u015fiminin \u00fcstlendi\u011fi Amanos T\u00fcneli, sadece bir ula\u015f\u0131m yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 olman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, b\u00f6lgesel kalk\u0131nmay\u0131, istihdam\u0131 ve sanayi b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini destekleyerek stratejik bir b\u00f6lgesel ekonomik kalk\u0131nma modeli olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda b\u00f6lgesel istihdamdan sanayi b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine, ihracat kapasitesinden afet direncine uzanan geni\u015f bir etki alan\u0131 olu\u015fturmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.iha.com.tr\/Contents\/26-02\/20\/aw646594_01-1.jpg\" alt=\"G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu ve Arap yar\u0131madas\u0131n\u0131 \u0130skenderun K\u00f6rfezi\u2019ne do\u011frudan ba\u011flayacak projede in\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015fland\u0131\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Projenin iki etaptan olu\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Bakan Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;T\u00fcnel yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan ilk etab\u0131 Do\u011fu Akdeniz\u2019in incisi olan Hatay; limanlar\u0131, sanayisi ve tar\u0131m\u0131yla \u00fclkemizin kalk\u0131nmas\u0131nda kritik rol oynamaktad\u0131r. Ancak Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu co\u011frafi engel, \u0130skenderun Liman\u0131\u2019n\u0131 Orta Koridor\u2019a ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu\u2019ya etkin \u015fekilde ba\u011flamam\u0131z\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Bu engeli a\u015fmak i\u00e7in de D\u00f6rtyol-Hassa Demiryolu ve Otoyolu Projesi\u2019ni hayata ge\u00e7iriyoruz. Bu proje kapsam\u0131nda Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n alt\u0131ndan yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda \u00fc\u00e7 adet t\u00fcp t\u00fcnel in\u015fa ediyoruz: 19,5 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda bir demiryolu t\u00fcneli ve 19,2 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda iki adet gidi\u015f-geli\u015f otoyol t\u00fcneli. Art\u0131k t\u00fcnel kaz\u0131 ve in\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za ba\u015fl\u0131yoruz&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.iha.com.tr\/Contents\/26-02\/20\/aw646594_02-1.jpg\" alt=\"G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu ve Arap yar\u0131madas\u0131n\u0131 \u0130skenderun K\u00f6rfezi\u2019ne do\u011frudan ba\u011flayacak projede in\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015fland\u0131\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi planlanan projeyle birlikte il\u00e7eler aras\u0131 mesafenin toplamda 157 kilometre k\u0131salaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Bakan Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;Toplamda 3 farkl\u0131 t\u00fcpten olu\u015fan bu t\u00fcnellerle birlikte demiryolu hatt\u0131n\u0131n toplam uzunlu\u011funu 55 kilometre, otoyol uzunlu\u011funu ise 25 kilometre olarak planlad\u0131k. Projemiz iki etaptan olu\u015facak ve t\u00fcnel yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan ilk etab\u0131 Hassa Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131\u2019nda sona erecek. Karayolu ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in Toprakkale-\u0130skenderun Otoyolu\u2019ndan ayr\u0131larak D\u00f6rtyol kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131ndan Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131 alt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7erek Hassa \u00fczerinden K\u0131r\u0131khan-Nurda\u011f\u0131 aras\u0131nda mevcut karayolu ile birle\u015fece\u011fiz. Payas-Hassa-Yolba\u015f\u0131 aras\u0131na yap\u0131lacak demiryolu hatt\u0131yla da Hatay ve \u0130skenderun, Gaziantep ve Hassa Lojistik Alan\u0131\u2019na daha k\u0131sa yoldan ba\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131z. D\u00f6rtyol-Hassa Projesinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesiyle; 235 km olan Kilis-Osmaniye-\u0130skenderun g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131 38,3 kilometre, 77,3 kilometre olan K\u0131r\u0131khan-\u0130skenderun-D\u00f6rtyol g\u00fczergah\u0131 15,27 kilometre, 121 kilometre olan Nurda\u011f\u0131-Osmaniye-D\u00f6rtyol g\u00fczergah\u0131 20,60 kilometre, 78,8 kilometre olan D\u00f6rtyol-K\u0131r\u0131khan-Hassa g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131 53,4 kilometre, 84 kilometre olan Payas-Fevzipa\u015fa aras\u0131ndaki demiryolu g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131 ise 29,6 kilometre k\u0131salacak. B\u00f6ylece, bu stratejik projemiz sayesinde hem demiryolu hem de karayollar\u0131ndaki mevcut g\u00fczerg\u00e2hlarda toplamda yakla\u015f\u0131k 157 kilometre k\u0131salma sa\u011flayarak zaman ve yak\u0131t tasarrufunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra lojistik maliyetleri de \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrece\u011fiz. B\u00f6lgedeki sanayi ve ticaret hacmini katlayarak art\u0131racak, \u0130skenderun Liman\u0131\u2019n\u0131 G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu\u2019nun ve kom\u015fu \u00fclkelerin vazge\u00e7ilmez \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kap\u0131s\u0131 haline getirece\u011fiz&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.iha.com.tr\/Contents\/26-02\/20\/aw646594_03.jpg\" alt=\"G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu ve Arap yar\u0131madas\u0131n\u0131 \u0130skenderun K\u00f6rfezi\u2019ne do\u011frudan ba\u011flayacak projede in\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015fland\u0131\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bakan Uralo\u011flu, projenin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesiyle Irak ve Suriye gibi kom\u015fu \u00fclkelerle ticarette \u0130skenderun Lman\u0131\u2019n\u0131n de\u011ferinin artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, &#8220;Do\u011fu Akdeniz ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu\u2019daki sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinin Suriye ve Irak gibi kom\u015fu \u00fclkelerle ticaretinde \u0130skenderun Limanlar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6nemini art\u0131rarak b\u00f6lgedeki ticaret hacmini de y\u00fckseltece\u011fiz. \u0130skenderun K\u00f6rfezi\u2019ndeki mevcut ve yeni limanlar\u0131n Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131\u2019na yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle depolama ve lojistik alanlar\u0131 yetersiz kal\u0131yordu; bu ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 Hassa B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ndeki uygun alanlardan kar\u015f\u0131layarak ekonomik hayat\u0131 canland\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z.
