{"id":8955,"date":"2026-01-23T20:30:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-23T17:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.trabzonmanset.com\/?p=8955"},"modified":"2026-01-23T21:33:08","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T18:33:08","slug":"yerli-ve-milli-demir-yolu-tasitlarinin-uretimi-icin-yatirimlar-bu-yil-35-katina-cikti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.trabzonmanset.com\/index.php\/2026\/01\/23\/yerli-ve-milli-demir-yolu-tasitlarinin-uretimi-icin-yatirimlar-bu-yil-35-katina-cikti\/","title":{"rendered":"Yerli ve milli demir yolu ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131mlar bu y\u0131l 3,5 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Rayl\u0131 Sistem Ara\u00e7lar\u0131 Sanayi A\u015e&#8217;nin (T\u00dcRASA\u015e), milli h\u0131zl\u0131 tren, milli metro ve milli tramvay gibi stratejik projeleri i\u00e7in bu y\u0131l yat\u0131r\u0131mlardan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay ge\u00e7en y\u0131la g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 256 artarak 11 milyar liray\u0131 a\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2026 Y\u0131l\u0131 Yat\u0131r\u0131m Program\u0131&#8217;ndan derledi\u011fi bilgiye g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de demir yollar\u0131n\u0131n yerli ve milli ara\u00e7larla geli\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu kapsamda, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin rayl\u0131 sistem ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in kurulan T\u00dcRASA\u015e&#8217;\u0131n, bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 projede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlamas\u0131 ve \u00fcretim tesislerini geni\u015fletmesi i\u00e7in kuruma yat\u0131r\u0131m program\u0131nda ayr\u0131lan \u00f6denek \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamu iktisadi te\u015febb\u00fcsleri i\u00e7inde T\u00dcRASA\u015e&#8217;a ge\u00e7en sene 3 milyar 112 milyon lira \u00f6denek tahsis edilirken 2026 i\u00e7in ise 11 milyar 90 milyon lira yat\u0131r\u0131m planland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f6ylece T\u00dcRASA\u015e&#8217;\u0131n yat\u0131r\u0131m program\u0131ndan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay ge\u00e7en y\u0131la g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 256 artt\u0131 ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 3,5 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00dcRASA\u015e&#8217;\u0131n bu yat\u0131r\u0131m plan\u0131n\u0131n 11 milyar liras\u0131 demir yolu ta\u015f\u0131t sanayisi imalat\u0131na, 90 milyon liras\u0131 ise enerji yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ayr\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130malat sanayisinde yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 milyar liras\u0131n\u0131n milli demir yolu ara\u00e7 tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve rayl\u0131 sistem ara\u00e7lar\u0131 prototip \u00fcretiminde, yakla\u015f\u0131k 6,8 milyar liras\u0131n\u0131n tesis in\u015fas\u0131 ve modernizasyonunda, yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,3 milyar liras\u0131n\u0131n ise tezgah temini gibi alanlarda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Milli elektrikli h\u0131zl\u0131 tren i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 455 milyon liral\u0131k \u00f6denek<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00dcRASA\u015e, bug\u00fcne kadar yerli ve milli demir yolu ara\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fcretimi kapsam\u0131nda E5000 elektrikli ana hat lokomotifi, 160 kilometre h\u0131za sahip milli elektrikli tren ve milli banliyo treni gibi projelerde \u00fcretim a\u015famas\u0131na ge\u00e7ti ve bir\u00e7ok teslimat\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yat\u0131r\u0131m program\u0131na g\u00f6re T\u00dcRASA\u015e&#8217;\u0131n, bu y\u0131l raylara inip testlerine ba\u015flanmas\u0131 beklenen 225 kilometre h\u0131zdaki milli elektrikli h\u0131zl\u0131 tren seti i\u00e7in 2026&#8217;da toplam 454 milyon 994 bin 200 lira yat\u0131r\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Milli Metro Projesi&#8217;nin tasar\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in 135 milyon lira, milli metro makine ve te\u00e7hizat\u0131 i\u00e7in 217 milyon 145 bin lira \u00f6denek tahsis edilirken &#8220;CoCo aks&#8221;
