K\u00fcresel ekonomik kriz T\u00fcrkiye’de de \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u015firketin iflas bayra\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekmesine neden olurken halkaya son eklenen firma ise Adana’da faaliyet g\u00f6steren Daspet Akaryak\u0131t oldu. 2013’ten beri faaliyetlerine devam eden T\u00fcrkiye’nin akaryak\u0131t devi Daspet ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekonomik kriz sonras\u0131 konkordato ilan etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mahkeme karar\u0131na g\u00f6re, \u0130cra ve \u0130flas Kanunu’nun 287. maddesi uyar\u0131nca alacakl\u0131lar, ilan tarihinden itibaren 7 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde konkordato talebine itiraz edebilecek. \u0130tiraz olmamas\u0131 halinde s\u00fcre\u00e7 ge\u00e7ici m\u00fchlet kapsam\u0131nda devam edecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan Daspet, k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek b\u00f6lgenin \u00f6nemli akaryak\u0131t markalar\u0131ndan biri haline gelmi\u015fti. Daha \u00f6nce T\u00fcrkiye genelinde istasyon say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 25 art\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefleyen \u015firket, Adana ve \u00e7evre illerde yay\u0131l\u0131m g\u00f6stermi\u015fti. Ancak son y\u0131llarda ya\u015fanan ekonomik dalgalanmalar ve sekt\u00f6rdeki s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar, \u015firketin mali yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 zora soktu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
